There is NO UPFRONT FEE for you to participate.  A donation of 10% of your proceeds to our fundraiser is all we ask.

Vendor Form

The event goes from 12 noon to 8 pm and is Rain or Shine.  By filling out this form you are committing to being at the event all day.

You are also responsible for your own food vendor forms as required by Saratoga County.  Saratoga County Department of Health (SCDOH), requires temporary permits for preparing, handling, or serving food or beverages for the public.
